Rev. Joseph Kadmos Kwasi Baisie (PhD), affectionately known as Bishop, has served as head pastor of this local A/G assembly since 1995. He took up the pastorate when it was known as Burma Camp Assemblies of God, later renamed Transcontinental Worship Center and recently changed to Fountain of Glory A/G. Bishop had previously served for 10years as Associate Pastor at the North Kaneshie Assemblies of God under the shepherding of Rev. Dr. Harry Insaidoo.
At North Kaneshie, he was instrumental in strengthening the Youth Ministry leading to his appointment as the Greater Accra Youth Director of A/G for a number of years. In 2014, he was elected as the 3rd Regional Superintendent of the Greater Accra Region for A/G and also the Vice Chair for Greater Accra of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC). In 2017, he moved up to become the Regional Chair of GPCC for Greater Accra and in 2018 he was once again voted as Regional Superintendent of Greater Accra- East for A/G Ghana. He is also a current member of the National Peace Council for Greater Accra Region.

In March 2018, Cica International University and Seminary (USA) conferred on him an International Chaplaincy license which also gives him a UN Ambassadorial role opening doors to otherwise unreachable areas all around the world.
In fulfilling the Christian call to tell the world about Jesus, he has led, supported and influenced the planting of Assemblies of God churches in the Volta Region, the Central Region, the Greater Accra Region and other non-Assemblies of God churches. As a sought after minister of the gospel, he has travelled extensively on the African continent as well as to the USA, Canada and Europe preaching to diverse gatherings.
Bishop is a visionary God fearing leader, affable, modest, and a man with a big heart towards the needs of all around him. He was married to Precious Enyonam Baisie (of blessed memory) for 33 years and their union was blessed with a son, Julian as well as a granddaughter.
